PepMed, LLC ("PepMed," "we," "our," or "us") is preparing to offer telehealth and wellness services in select U.S. states.

PepMed is not currently providing telehealth or medical services through this Website.

This page explains the current availability of PepMed services, how future availability may vary by location, and what it means to join our waitlist or request service availability updates.

1. Current Availability

PepMed's telehealth services are currently in development and are not yet available to patients.

We are working to establish the clinical, operational, licensing, pharmacy, technology, and compliance infrastructure necessary to provide our services responsibly.

We will update this page as PepMed services become available.

2. Availability by State

Healthcare and telehealth services are subject to federal and state laws, professional licensing requirements, prescribing requirements, pharmacy requirements, and other regulatory considerations.

As a result, PepMed services may not be available in every state at the same time.

Availability may depend on factors including:

• The state in which you are physically located at the time healthcare services are provided.

• Provider licensure and authorization to practice in that state.

• Applicable telehealth and prescribing laws.

• Pharmacy availability and applicable pharmacy requirements.

• Availability of particular medications or treatments.

• PepMed's operational availability in that state.

• Other applicable legal, regulatory, or clinical requirements.

The availability of PepMed's Website in a particular location does not mean that PepMed healthcare services are available in that location.

3. Join for Availability Updates

Visitors may provide their state of residence and contact information to request notification when PepMed services become available in their area.

If you request updates, PepMed may contact you regarding:

• Service availability in your state.

• PepMed's launch.

• New states in which PepMed begins operating.

• Company announcements.

• Educational content.

• Other PepMed services and updates consistent with your communication preferences.

You may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time.

4. Joining the Waitlist Does Not Make You a Patient

Joining PepMed's waitlist, requesting service availability notifications, subscribing to updates, or otherwise expressing interest in PepMed does not:

• Create a provider-patient relationship.

• Establish you as a PepMed patient.

• Constitute medical care.

• Guarantee eligibility for future services.

• Reserve an appointment.

• Guarantee access to any medication or treatment.

• Guarantee that PepMed will become available in your state.

• Give you priority for a particular treatment or medication unless PepMed expressly states otherwise.

A provider-patient relationship may only be established through PepMed's applicable patient onboarding and clinical processes once healthcare services become available.

5. Future Eligibility for Services

The availability of PepMed in your state does not necessarily mean that you will be eligible for every PepMed service, medication, or treatment.

Once healthcare services become available, eligibility may depend on factors such as:

• Age.

• Location.

• Medical history.

• Current medications.

• Symptoms or health conditions.

• Clinical evaluation.

• Contraindications or other safety considerations.

• Applicable laws and regulations.

• Provider licensure.

• Pharmacy and medication availability.

• The independent clinical judgment of an appropriately licensed healthcare professional.

No medication, prescription, treatment, or particular clinical outcome is guaranteed.

6. Medication and Treatment Availability

PepMed may publish information about medications, peptides, compounded medications, supplements, therapies, or other wellness-related products before those products or services are available through PepMed.

Educational discussion of a medication, treatment, peptide, supplement, or other product does not mean that PepMed currently offers or will offer it.

Future availability may change based on:

• Applicable federal or state law.

• FDA actions, requirements, guidance, or enforcement priorities.

• Drug shortage status.

• Compounding requirements.

• Pharmacy capabilities.

• Product availability.

• Clinical standards.

• Provider judgment.

• Changes in scientific evidence.

• PepMed's clinical and operational decisions.

PepMed may add, modify, restrict, suspend, or discontinue services or treatment offerings as appropriate.

7. Prescriptions Are Not Guaranteed

When PepMed begins providing healthcare services, submitting information, completing an intake form, scheduling an appointment, paying for a consultation, or requesting a particular treatment will not guarantee that a prescription will be issued.

Prescribing decisions will be made by appropriately licensed healthcare professionals based on the individual patient's clinical circumstances, applicable law, medical appropriateness, and the provider's independent professional judgment.

PepMed does not guarantee access to any specific medication, dosage, treatment, pharmacy, or therapeutic approach.

8. Future Pricing and Membership Information

PepMed may publish preliminary information regarding anticipated pricing, memberships, consultations, medications, or other services before launch.

Unless expressly identified as final and currently available, pre-launch pricing and service information is subject to change.

PepMed may modify:

• Membership structures.

• Membership benefits.

• Consultation fees.

• Medication pricing.

• Pharmacy arrangements.

• Included services.

• Promotional offers.

• Payment options.

• Other aspects of its future services.

Applicable pricing and terms will be presented before a patient purchases or enrolls in a healthcare service.

9. Anticipated Launch Dates

PepMed may provide estimated or anticipated launch dates for particular services or states.

Any pre-launch dates are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise.

Healthcare launches may be affected by licensing, regulatory approvals, provider availability, pharmacy arrangements, technology implementation, compliance requirements, and other circumstances.

PepMed therefore does not guarantee that services will become available on a particular anticipated date.

10. Your Location Matters

When PepMed begins providing telehealth services, healthcare availability may be determined by the state in which a patient is physically located at the time of the telehealth encounter, rather than solely by the patient's permanent residence or mailing address.

Patients may be asked to confirm their physical location before receiving healthcare services.

PepMed may be unable to provide healthcare services when a patient is physically located in a jurisdiction where the applicable healthcare professional is not authorized to practice or where the requested service cannot lawfully be provided.

11. Changes in Availability

Healthcare laws, licensing requirements, prescribing rules, medication availability, pharmacy requirements, and other regulatory conditions can change.

PepMed reserves the right to modify the geographic availability of its services when reasonably necessary to comply with applicable requirements or maintain appropriate standards of care.

A service previously available in a particular location may therefore become restricted, modified, or unavailable.

Information regarding PepMed's anticipated services and service availability is provided for informational purposes only.
